Sommer ends, Fall is allmost hear, What happend with the sommer?

Not to belive, ,it was spring in the air as I wrot my last blog. Now is fall and the trees turn in there collerful beauty! What was going on in Sunshine? It is the Farm blood, the normalty for a farmer,that when the sun is shining and nature starts to grow alaround,that I want to be outside and not on the computer.
I , we, enjoyed sommer in our so wonderful place called home. Walter was on a missions tripp in Belize. After this he worked hard in the garden and now we have our two freezer full .Holydays with his three broder was an experiment on his own. They enjoyed each other and had a real good time. I enjoyed it alone at home too !(the wifes were not in the party!)Chris ,Melanie and Nathaniels visit by us was so good! The day with Nataniel alone with us grandparents was so heartwarming. Nathaniel and I had a good time, making bred from scratch. Not only a smal portion but for 12 bread in one batch. What fun we had! Visiting with Ursi and her family and play with Katie and Maya ,spending time with Markus and having many couples in our downstair appartment keept me busy. And now is the last week bevor we travel to Swizerland to see our other grandkids ,Rudy and Sarah ,siblings and friends. A kind of a strange thing for me is to go back as "an orphen". Name it that way shows me the griving for my mother inlaw is still in my heart.I realy loved her and miss her .
Now I try to put some pictur to this blog. We lost a lot with a failore of the camera memory chips Today the same thing happened again, and we miss nice picture from this sommer. I do not know what I can do to find or activate them. It frustrats me!!! May be this winter I have to spend with the computer , cellphone ,camera etc........! It not worked you have to wait tille I am able to show also some picture in my blog.
I wish you all a good rest of the sommer or fall. Enjoy all the fall leaves and colers,also the last warm days . Soon enough snow swirrles around our houses and cover all in white. And even then we will have our many enjoyments and wonders to thank for . God bless you!

Life in Sunshine

Sunshine, rain, sunshine, more rain, sunshine again. But the trees are green, the birds are singing, the flowers bluming. My husband in the garden , I tending the lawn . And then enjoy visiters and picnics down by our "Waldkaffi". We feel so blessed and have empathy with the peoples in Manitoba and more south with all that water and the fire there .Powers we humans are so helpless against... Who is in controll?   We are ,but only to a set amount. That let me think : be thankfull and also humbel. I try to bring some picture in my blog ,but I am not sure if I can remember how to do it.So I get started...

I got the picture in.!! Not on the place I like it but better I leave it so and you can have a look at it. May be an other time I will experience more.  So enjoy a littel bit of life in  Sunshine and hopefully you have sunshine too.

Easter day

Our first coffee outside. It is April the 23th. Maybe you can see Walters eye. It healed really nicely.We are so thankful for that.

Jeff cut a tree branch off for a  free view to the river from our kitchen.

Families Wilson visited with us and we had a wonderful walk along the river on the allready green path.

God's protection

Friday late afternoon Walter went to the bush to cut some firewood. Then he came home with a bloody face. A little treetrunk he cut off hit his face and oppened a big gape on his eyebrow.... We have it so good , in 1 1/2hour a doctor in the hospital cleand out all the dirt in the deep wound and mad stiche in 3 lyeres. Today the eye is big swollen and colored but not hurting to bad. Thank be to God for the protection! What if it has hit under the chinn, or the nose, or panged the whol head backwards... A lot of help and protection we recived from the Highest. We are so greatfull!!!!!!!
The plan change in the church wehere we should have played with the Alphorns have to go with plan B.The two day of holiday we have planed for next week may be have to wait a little longer. But we are alive, healty , protected and loved, so we will be glad and praise God for His goodness. Tomorrow is sunday . Have a blessed one !And look out for the first dafodiels. They come allways to help celebrat eastern. At least it seames so for me . We call this flowers "Easter bells".So good we can celebrat the reedeming work of Jesus and his resurrection on easter . The snow is gone

How good it feels: warm , sunshine, no snow around. We had a busy week , for four day we attended a real good seminar about the spirituell war fare. We learnd so much and have now to internalize what we heard and experienced. We enjoy it at home again. Now we can be more active physicly that the snow is gone. We so enjoyed to have time and stay inside , read, study , talke , go slow. visit and do what we in the farming days not had time for. May be we lost a bit the balance or are not use to that kind of work. Anyway we enjoy the start of the warm saison! The minds goes towards dreaming of traveling , holidays, hiking, having visiters, playing with grandkids autside, lawn mowing, oppen fire in our "Wald-Kaffi"etc.
This week I have my last bible study group meeting. No preperations and meetings for a while!
I like the different saisons, allways something to enjoy and looking forward too to the next change. Now: Crocuses oppened , the trees start budding, the birds singing and make nests, the sun warms my back,the lawn starts to be greener every day.We see also more people in the towns and on the streets. Soon the farmers are in the fields again to plant our food for a new saison. Never forget to pray and thank for the growing of our dayly bread.

Not spring jet

Two days ago it looked that almost all the snow is gone. Walter came home from Belize with a lot of good memories and experiences of God's providence, ...and glad not to come into winter in Canada. But then over night, a new snow cover was lied over the country. Winter again! But the sun is shinig strong  and I feel the near spring.Not a lot of newes is happening in Sunshine, but we enjoy to be togehter again and be able to have time to discusse lif with all its ups and downs in our and others peoples life.All the wars and aftermat of earthquake  and tsumanie  sure let us think in what a road our world is going.How comforting  is it that God is with us in it too. On christmas we celebratet Emanuel with us.  And He has not left us , may be we have left Him.... And soon we celebrat our risen Lord  , that shall give us hope in all the threatening events in our days . That are a few thoughts in my mind but to enjoy the nice things , I go now for a Coffe with my spouse Walter . Have one too and take a break to think of your blessings. God bless you.
